From the Desk of the Pastor

It is with immeasurable humility and joy that I greet you in the name of our Lord and Savior, Christ Jesus.  I bless God for the opportunity to be used as a vessel through which His promises are fulfilled.

Today, God is continuing and perfecting a work that He began in this community in 1953.  It is difficult to comprehend that before I was born, He made provisions for my life’s work here in this vineyard.  And as a body of believers, we shouldn’t take for granted nor should we take lightly the responsibility of our position in Christ or our part in our Church’s rich history.  This monumental endeavor has taught us how to pray.  It has taught us how to believe that God’s word is true.  And it has taught us that NO THING is impossible for GOD!!!!

I am honored to pastor this Church called Cedar Street.  The vision that was given by God has come to fruition.  He has proven that His promises are, indeed, “Yea, and Amen!”

We honor God for our past; we are grateful for the marvelous things He is doing right now, and we are overjoyed about the possibilities of a prosperous future.  As we head into His possibilities with full steam and on mustard seed faith, we can trust our God to fashion us into a Church who is willing to step out on His word.
